This position is responsible for packaging and shipping finished products to customers, maintaining shipping supplies, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring all required certifications and quality documents accompany customer shipments.</p> <p>This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal departments.</p> <p><b><br></b></p> <p><b><br></b></p> <p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate outbound customer deliveries, including scheduling carrier pickups and shipments.</li> <li>Package finished products in accordance with customer requirements, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Verify correct packaging materials, containers, and labeling requirements for each shipment.</li> <li>Perform part marking using the method specified on the process sheet.</li> <li>Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading (BOLs), Plex tags, certifications, and customs documentation when required.</li> <li>Verify that all required quality documentation and certifications are complete and included with shipments according to customer and process requirements.</li> <li>Maintain shipping supply inventory and coordinate replenishment with the Purchasing Department as needed.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with customers, freight carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Scheduling, Customer Service, Quality, Purchasing, and Production personnel to ensure on-time customer deliveries.</li> <li>Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.</li> <li>Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <p><b><br></b></p> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Previous shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to read and follow work instructions, process sheets, and shipping procedures.</li> <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Ability to operate forklift</li> </ul> <p><b><br></b></p> <p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Ability to lift and move materials and packages in accordance with company safety guidelines.</li> <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.</li> <li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.</li> </ul> <p><b><br></b></p> <p><b>Schedule and Compensation</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Full-Time</li> <li>Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.</li> <li>Competitive Pay</li> <li>Comprehensive Benefits Package</li> <li>On-the-Job Training Provided</li> </ul> <p><b><br></b></p> <p><b>Will You Join Our Team?</b></p> <p>If this role looks like a good match for your background and career goals, we encourage you to apply.
