Are you a skilled maintenance professional who thrives on keeping precision equipment running at peak performance?
Barron Industries, a leader in aerospace and defense manufacturing since 1983, is seeking an experienced 2nd CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, MI.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Support robotics and automated systems (experience with robotics is a plus!)
- Minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a mission-critical production environment
- Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Experience with robotics and automation systems
- Knowledge of PLCs and servo systems
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing standards
